Kakucho is the Eighth Division Vice Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang in the anime series, Tokyo Revengers. Kakucho was one of the Four Heavenly Kings of Tenjiku in a previous timeline. He is known for his speed that in peak condition, even Angry is not able to react in time.
