Mol Kupul is a simple Mayan farmer haunted by dreams of the underworld. When he travels to the city of Xicalango to find out what they mean, he instead finds trouble brewing between the Mayans and Aztecs who live there. There supernatural forces at work in Xicalango, and they want blood.
